The basics to losing weight is really so simple. Burn up more than you take in. So, eat healthy; like you're doing, and drinking a lot of cold water. Exercise as oftn as you can. Weights are ok, but more cardio. Don't eat fried foods. Don't use butter/margerine...that kind of stuff. Stay away from dressings and the 'fatty' stuff. Your stomach will shrink and you won't feel as hungry. You have to train it the way you do anything with your body. I think you're doing great. Keep yopur food portions small, eat a little more frequently maybe, but keep the overall intake low.
